NEW Comfort Plus Agreement Maintenance, Labor and Parts ($498 annually per System)
Enjoy the best possible performance from your cooling and heating system by joining the Comfort Plus Residential Platinum maintenance plan. This PARTS and LABOR protection plan covers HVAC systems from any brand. Under this plan, you receive a performance and safety check for your furnace in the fall and a performance check for your air conditioner in the spring. We include filters changes as well (filters furnished by owner)
Other major residential HVAC services perks under this plan are no charge for repairs, labor or emergency service. The plan also includes free service calls, priority same-day service and extended appointment times to better fit your schedule. There is a small deductible of $70 for every service request. In order to qualify for this plan, your system needs to be evaluated and any recommended repairs need to be completed before the Platinum Agreement is in effect. This plan excludes coverage for refrigerant, refrigerant leaks, coil repairs, coil replacements, compressor replacements, heat exchanger replacements, air duct system repairs or modifications. Like our Platinum plan, the Comfort Plus Residential Gold maintenance plan also comes with free service calls when recommended repairs have been completed. Also included are priority same-day service and extended appointment times to better fit your schedule.
